OCT 14 | MASTERS SERIES: Your rendition of "Heights of Marly" in Acrylic, 1873, Alfred Sisley
October 14th from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Our MASTERS SERIES allows Jan to lead you through each Master Artist to develop this specific painting with the Master in mind; but, using your particular colors and materials. Although Jan is not an Art Historian, she has studied extensively in the arts and various approaches of the Masters. Have fun creating YOUR OWN Heights with some of Sisley's techniques led by Jan. You'll also hear some informative Master history.
Instructor Bio: Jan is a professional artist and instructor with her BFA and Masters in Education and Art. She brings her 50+ years of experience to the participants in every class. She believes that: "it is important to interpret art as you wish, to enjoy the art of painting, to not feel the need to copy any painting/instructor, and to feel progress, which is her passion." She works to develop each persons' individual style and desires.
No supplies are included. If participant wishes supplies for the painting, 9 x 12, the supply fee is $45 payable to the instructor. Must make prior arrangements with Jan, 321 426 6485. Registrants will receive a suggested paint/supply list prior to class.
If a minimum of 3 students have not registered within 48 hours of the class date, the class will be rescheduled or refunded.
