NOV 18 | From 11:00AM to 2:00PM
This 4 day workshop balances step-by-step master instruction with open ended creative freedom. Students will unleash creativity, build skills and connect with hands-on crafting. In a fun and creative atmosphere students will combine vibrant creative versions of their projects while learning about art history and great masters such as Vincent Van Gogh and Claude Monet. Lessons are designed to create a foundation for artistic skills, explore exciting new techniques and spark individual style. Among these learned skills include contour drawing, perspective, shading, color theory and composition. Upon completion of the workshop, students will earn credits for their homeschool curriculum. Janine is a professional artist and certified Trainer/Instructor with an AFA degree and CPT training certification. She has led and instructed students both here in the US and abroad. She brings with her 40 years of experience in the arts and provides personalized attention to all that attend the class.
Students must bring lunch, & drink. All materials included, water & snack
Materials include: acrylic paint, water color, pen & ink, charcoal & pencil drawing. Print making, mixed media, clay, recycled products and more.
If a minimum of 3 students have not registered within 48 hours of the class date, the class may be rescheduled or refunded. Rain dates can be rescheduled for December. Please email Janine 24 hours in advance
