Whether you've always wanted to try making clay pottery or you need a refresher course, this class is for you!

In the course of 6 weeks, we will be learning different methods of handbuilding with clay - pinch pot, coil, and slab.

This week we will be designing and creating wearable artwork. From hats to tee-shirts and tie-dye to batik, we will have fun learning new ways to embellish fabric, and yes, even some sewing skills!

July 15th - 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM

Whether you have never worked with clay or just need space to work with other creative people, this class is for you.

Learn the basic handbuilding techniques that will make it possible to build almost anything out of clay!

This month we will be exploring the magic of printmaking. We will create prints using flowers and fruits, the sun (cyanotype), foam (relief printing), recycled materials (collagraph), and gelli plates (Monoprinting).

For this class, we will learn both two-dimensional and three-dimensional felting, and you will be able to take home one example of each.

This month we will create a mixed-media farm-inspired sculpture!

Kids will paint a bird's eye view of their farm, add clay animals, and use recycled items to create barns, trees, and more.

This is a fun whimsical project that has the little ones using their creativity to learn art skills.

Learn an practice multiple ways of felting. This time around we will be working with soap felting as well as needle-felting. Students may work on any project they choose: two-dimensional or three-dimensional work.

May 13th, 20th, and 27th | Kids will create a three-dimensional unicorn head that can be hung on the wall

April 28th - 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm

This class is student-centered. You will work at your own skill level and learn to advance from where you are.

In this fun-filled art session, kids will learn the basics of working with clay.

This class is suitable for children between 4 and 12 years old, focusing on process over product, creativity, and problem-solving.

The intent of this class is to supplement your homeschooling efforts by offering an art program attuned to the Florida Standards for students K-12 who may be interested in the arts as an elective. The class limit is 10 children, which allows for individual support and attention.
