Dorothy Kubik’s journey as an artist is a story of passion, perseverance, and the enduring power of creativity. 

A lifelong lover of art, Dorothy was the girl who could always be found in the high school art room, sketchbook in hand and imagination running wild. She was set to attend the prestigious Pittsburgh Art Institute after graduation, but life had other plans. Choosing to marry young and raise a family, Dorothy devoted herself wholeheartedly to motherhood. Yet, her creative spark never dimmed. Throughout the years, as she held various jobs and wore many hats, art remained a constant. Whether she was painting ceramics, crafting personalized treasures, or designing elaborate Halloween costumes for her children, Dorothy’s artistic voice found a way to shine through. 

With her children grown and building their own families, Dorothy has returned to her first love: fine art, a new chapter she embraces with energy.
